These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website samriddhifinance.com (the "Site") and any products or services offered by Samriddhi Finance ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site, submitting an enquiry, opening an account, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to open an account or use our loan products directly. Child savings plans are opened and operated by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of a minor.

2. Nature of information on this Site

Product descriptions, interest rates and figures shown on the Site are indicative and for general information only. They do not constitute a binding offer. Final rates, eligibility and terms for any product are confirmed in your account opening documents or loan agreement, which take precedence over anything shown on the Site.

3. Account opening & KYC

Opening a savings, deposit or loan account requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification and submission of accurate, current documentation. We reserve the right to decline, suspend or close an account where information provided is false, incomplete, or where required verification cannot be completed.

4. Payments & UPI transactions

• Payments made on the Site via UPI or other supported methods are processed through a licensed third-party payment gateway partner.
• You are responsible for ensuring payment details you enter are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method / UPI ID provided.
• A transaction is considered complete only upon confirmation from the payment gateway; we are not liable for delays or failures caused by your bank, UPI app, or network issues outside our control.
• Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account; (c) interfere with the proper functioning of the Site; or (d) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in connection with any account or transaction.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos and the Samriddhi Finance name and mark — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samriddhi Finance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, delays or failures in third-party payment processing, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Third-party links & services

The Site may link to or integrate third-party services (including our payment gateway partner). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or an account in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, breach of these Terms, or as required by law or regulation, with notice where reasonably practicable.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
